There will be a full open bar and amazing food from the Smorgasburg vendors. Caricaturists and a photo booth! Amazing auction items will be online in the spring.

 

We can't wait to see you on May 9th as we raise funds to support academics, teams, and clubs at Tech!

If you know of a company or merchant who would like to sponsor the auction, please provide them with the sponsorship introduction letter.

 

If you know of an individual, company, or merchant who can donate a good or service for the auction, please provide them with the donation introduction letter and link to the online donation form (or the printable donation form).  Please see the list of examples of donation items.  (Feel free to come up with your own ideas too, but the less shipping required, the better.)
