Did you know there are several social media groups for Tech parents, in both English and Chinese?  They're a great source of information about academics, school-related events, Tech teams, and the college application process.

 

There are "official" accounts from the PA and also "unofficial" parent-led accounts (not affiliated with or managed by school or the PA).

 

If you choose to join an unofficial parent group, we encourage you to follow good etiquette: be nice and keep the conversation focused on Tech-related questions and answers.  There are many places on social media to debate, vent, and rant -- maybe the Tech parent groups aren't the best place for that.  Also, membership in the unofficial parent groups is not strictly controlled, so please remember that a teacher, Board of Ed employee, elected official, or your child's friends (!) could potentially see your post.
