On June 11, there will be a virtual awards ceremony for seniors and then on June 17th seniors will go into school to pick up cap and gown and return technology.  More to follow on all of this from Ms. Nottingham.  In person graduation for those seniors that signed up for and paid for it is Wednesday, June 23rd at 1:00 PM at Arthur Ashe Stadium!

Below you will find a message from Lincoln Favours, our incoming PA President. Cindy and I asked him to say a few words, we know we are leaving you in great hands!

As always contact us with any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you virtually at our final PA meeting of the year, on Thursday, June 17th.

BTHS PA Co-Presidents

Message from the Incoming PA President

Hello BTHS Parents, students, teachers and fellow board members,

I hope all are well as you read this letter. Thank you all for giving me the privilege to serve you as BTHS PA president. I extend a warm welcome to all members of the executive PA board, parents, students and teachers of BTHS.

I want to thank the outgoing PA presidents and outgoing members for the great work they have done during their terms of service with BTHS.

Educating our students has always been imperative to prepare them to inherit the world, but it is not just the job of the school. Our PA, plays a close partnership with the school to support its educational goal. The aim of BTHS PA is to nurture the whole student in all aspects of development. To support this aim, PA will focus on arranging activities and seminars that raise students' sense of moral and social responsibility, helping them to realize their full potential and their responsibility towards the community in which they live.

Our PA is not only a partner of the school; it also serves as an important platform to provide two-way communication between the school and parents. Our PA will continue to evaluate the current communication channels effectiveness and strive to further increase and improve the communication network to facilitate a great learning environment. Parents, I would like to emphasize your willingness to take an active role in our PA activities by volunteering your time and monetary support to continue a successful future.

Last but not least, let's continue to work together to make BTHS students and PA successful. Let's fly to new heights for the upcoming year and the years to come.

Thank you,

Lincoln Favours

BTHS PA President-elect
