Dear Tech Families,

This week we held our first PA meeting of the 2021 year. We had AP Trombetta as one of our guest speakers. He is the AP of Social Studies and Music. He told us that Tech is planning a virtual musical this coming semester! Immediately we realized that most, if not all, of our freshman and sophomore families have never been to a Tech musical. So we thought we should let you know how awesome our musicals have been. Imagine a live orchestra,  gorgeous backdrops, amazing sets built by our own students, high quality set lighting, costumes rented from Broadway and the talent of our students in a full Broadway equivalent show! Anyway,  the virtual musical will be different but is sure to be amazing nonetheless! Keep your eyes on Daily Announcements for more details.

We also had Alison Pascal from The Princeton Review to talk to us a bit about the SAT, free tutoring and other services they offer us at a special Tech discount.  The best part is that 5% of anything you spend with them comes back to the PA to be used to support our students!  See Princeton Review's info is below.  You will also see highlights from Thursday's PA meeting including our Q&A with Mr. Newman and much more!

As always email us at Papresident@bths.edu with any questions or concerns.

Regards,

Cindy Kue and Lisa Sullivan
